Pros

Being a corporate hospital, they have better buying power for health insurance. My single coverage was less a month than what my current employer wants per biweekly paycheck. They also offered online mental health counseling 12 sessions a year for free and their employee pet discount was the most generous I've been offered.

Cons

Very quick to cut back hours, no overtime allowed unless pre-approved. I was also pretty much at the upper pay cap for my position

Pros

My co-workers are amazing. They care for the animals and will go above and beyond to care for our patients and to save lives. Our doctors work extremely hard and are wonderful.

Cons

Management is horrid. They care for only themselves. They'll be nice to you when they need you but as soon as you aren't useful, they'll either ignore your existence or bully you.
