Cons
You will have NO personal life to speak of. You will work 12 hour shifts 5-7 days per week if that’s what they need. They show you great benefits but you’ll never have time to use them. If there are several emergencies in a day, you will not get a meal break. They don’t care what you say. You will NOT recieve the training they promise in the jnterview. You will be left feeling alone, and lost because everyone is out for themselves. The employees who have been there the longest are the ones to watch out for. If you’re smart, you’ll look elsewhere. Management will take all the time off that they need regardless of how busy things get leaving everyone in a lurch. Nobody cleans the employee lounge. The refrigerator is a disgusting petrie dish of bacteria.
