big emphasis on staff "fun" days generous staff discounts wonderful group of people emphasis on maintaining standards and AAHA accreditation

Cons

-forced use of Antech blood tests in patients when in house blood work would yield quicker results to better treat the patients. -the pressure to up-sell wellness packages -not being able to turn away appointments even when double booked near closing time -extended opening hours could mean very few sleeping hours between shifts -"Vethical" products....

Have 2 of the best doctors I have ever worked with! Most of the clients are just amazing!

Cons

Manager is a complete joke, all she does is does is gossip with employees about other employees or clients. When we are slammed never helps out even when phones are constantly ringing will occasionally answer phones, but only to put it on hold. Treats employees unfairly all the time. This one employee got in trouble for doing something she was not supposed to do, but I myself have done that same thing and so have countless other employees yet she got in trouble for it. Think the Manager should treat everyone unfairly. I have noticed some employees putting each other down when one makes a mistake whether it's big or small. I have felt so bad that I should go do something stupid to harm myself or something because of how some of the employees have treated me as well.
