Good to get foot in the door, but don't stay forever

Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, pet discounts

Cons

Pay not worth the demand. Toxic environment (not all hospitals, I'm sure), management bends over backwards for abusive clients, no work/life balance. Seems like they only care about profit over patient care and employee experience.
