Pros

Great people to work with, everyone has the same dedication and love to improve the lives of both pets and their owners. Lots of opportunities for cross-training in different positions. As well, lots of bonding opportunities outside of work and employee benefits.

Cons

Most days will last longer than intended, and run over your scheduled hours.
