      Each hospital is individually managed and not under the super vision of VCA as a whole. This means that even if the company as a whole is dedicated to the growth of all of their employees, you can get stuck at your particular hospital.

      I've been working in VCA for almost five years. Great corporate experience. It's a rear combination of professionalism and family like environment. While the company has a reputation of being the leader of the industry, there is still a lot of potential.
