Pros
Good benefits package for full time staff, good salary, room to grow and advance, good discount on services for full time staff, access to a plethora of educational information; corporately owned but with a small clinic feel for freedom to practice medicine.
Cons
Corporately owned, so they will try to get clinics to "push" their agenda, such as wellness packages; only 3 paid holidays even though the clinic will close for several observed holidays (we have to use vacation if we want to be paid for these)
