It has been a long ride with many ups and downs but I am happy with them, for the most part
Pros
The animal benefits are extraordinary! If you have pets you will get the best care for them guaranteed! When I was a manager I used to bring my dog to work every day. I have also worked with some great staff over the years. I literally grew up in this company! No regrets with my VCA experiences
Cons
While the good outweighs the bad, there is some BAD. Sometimes it seemed as though my direct upper management chose popularity over production. When I was a manager I would see “sub par” level hospitals gain praise and rewards over successful hospitals (including my own) just because of art projects or beginning to do things that successful hospitals had already been doing but not gaining praise for. Sometimes staff seems to be under appreciated and under paid
