Professional care from knowledgeable doctors, friendly staff, and clean environments.

Cons

Most appointments are set for either 15 minutes or 30 minutes. There really isn't too much time for "chit chat" on many cases. Because of these very brief appointment times, your experience at the VCA may seem rather cold and unpersonable. Their business model is to stack appointments back to back to ensure profit margins constantly increase. Very cookie cutter. In and out.

Pros include occasional lunch-and-learns, holiday bonuses, and lots of cute critters hanging around at all times!

Management and scheduling is chaotic and leaves much to be desired.
