Pros

Stable position with manageable duties and hard to get fired. Good medical benefits for yourself and your animals.

Cons

Very poor pay. Very physical labor. Inability for upward mobility as they don't promote from within. Lots of staff turnover due to poor pay.

Good pay, discounts, benefits, mental health with Lyra

Cons

Customers are abusive, doctors and vet techs pay no respect, the position is overall being a punching bag from co workers and clients. I didn't have mental health issues to begin with that needed therapy, but afterwards I NEEDED it, hence why they offer limited free Lyra sessions. Not sustainable if you deeply care about animals.

Good benefits, insurance is affordable, additional benefits because they are owned by Mars.

Cons

Quota for wellness plans and home delivery sign up, have to sign people up on home delivery wether they want it or not, poor training, no respect for experience or education.
