Working with animals, get to know your clients, work place is fun most of the time (staff) and work-life balance.

Cons

May go years without a raise, clnic prices for services are too high for area, pushes wellness plans that are over priced,

Vastly underpaid with little positive feedback. High turnover so usually understaffed or working with people with little to no training.

Great Benefits, Learning Experience, Valuable Doctors.

Cons

If you work emergency expect to get the short end of the stick. Long hours 5 days a week generally at night with no added compensation. You have to fight to get a raise and you can still receive the same pay as a customer service representative if you are credentialed.
