      Pros

      Great patient care, high quality medical provider to animals. Brilliant doctors and specialty and emergency care.

      Cons

      Management does not know anything about the day-to-day tasks of their staff. No raises even for 100% reviews. Working nights, weekends, holidays mandatory. Do not recognize, acknowledge or reward good work over poor work. Lowest morale and employee satisfaction I've ever experienced. Miserable staff, aloof management, rude and unhelpful, uneducated upper management.

      Consistent hours and generally well-supplied facility.

      Cons

      The bottom-line is the amount of money pulled in for corporate -- if your individual hospital is successful, staff isn't compensated, instead you're asked to perform even better to increase profit (i.e., work with less staff but please increase revenue!!)....
