It is easy to feel like you’re in a family here, as long as youre a favorite..

Cons

There is little to no trust in the team, they say they will listen but never do when we mentioned what we needed. Would constantly lose staff and they wouldnt replace them and they wondered why it was so hard for staff to get things done. They are starting to care more about money than their people because of corporate.

Pros

VCA was once an amazing company with a culture that cared for it's people through it's actions.

Cons

Under new ownership, VCA now makes decisions rooted in spreadsheets, not people. It's sad to see such a warm and supportive culture be dismantled.
