      Pros

      I think VCA is a good company. They are strict about following labor laws, and are making more of an effort now up hear feedback from its employees, no small feat for a large corporation.

      Cons

      It’s a corporation, so you don’t personally know the people who ultimately make the decisions to approve changes to the hospital, approve salary changes, etc.

      Corporate ran, manager literally breathed down my neck. Overworked doctors that would yell at you

      I like the team I work with and the doctors are great.

      Cons

      No room for growth, dealing with horrible customers and given lots of extra work for no raise.
