The physical building is very nice.
Cons
Workload is unmanageable Office environment is dysfunctional and there is a huge lack of trust. Registrar is in the office less than 25 hours a week and when there clips coupons, chats up the other office staff and is basically lazy. Commits fraud with reporting working 40 hours a week, but never does. Management turns a blind eye.
