Very top heavy and upper management has no medical background. Not able to review managers or unit. Portions of yearly evaluation are areas outside of your control. Policies and protocols not easily accessible and overly vague.

- Mandatory return to the office has been emotionally challenging, resulting in daily struggles and insomnia. - The financial burden of commuting feels like a pay cut, impacting work-life balance and family time. - HR's lack of awareness of the demoralizing effects of the return-to-office mandates and a focus on control over employee well-being. - Inflexibility from management, hindering employees' ability to cope. - Requirement to use personal PTO for bank holidays is an added stress and feels unfair.
