High turnover and general dissatisfaction from bedside staff is very contagious and low morale is rampant. Egregious pay.

the only thing that was good was my former manager…

this place doesn’t care about mental health whatsoever and made our job harder. we got paid less than 18/hour for literally talking to pts all day. we weren’t allowed to leave the room or be on our phones so we spent a majority of the time counseling pts…drs had god complexes and literally didn’t care about the well-being of pts. nurses called us useless bc we couldn’t touch pts. we have degrees and know more about psych than them…we were prn so no benefits either
