      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Tight-knit and friendly community - No shortage of scientific advice and discussion - Seminars, thesis defenses, tech talks, luncheons almost every day

      Cons

      - perhaps a little too much flexibility for some - parking can be an issue -- the lots are somewhat small and are located near traffic chokes - as with any research division, there are inevitable quibbles over IP, authorship, grants etc. - benefits and pay could be better

      The benefits seem to be okay, if you can get off of work to use them.

      Cons

      The call center needs to be revamped. They want you to be empathetic to patients but treat you like crap.
