benefits, pay, hours, unlimited CE, compassionate leadership, and i can tell they make sure to hire the best people.

Cons

i feel like the prices are a bit too high but hey, thats health care!! i cannot complain so honestly, nothing on cons.

Free scrubs, ever changing daily activities, a company that appears to really care

Cons

Total lack of on boarding outside of zoom meetings to talk about company culture. No actual break during your 12-14hr shift and frowned at when you sit down to eat. Non-licensed employees given access to schedule 1 controlled drugs. My particular manager was never actually there, would just pop in for five minutes then leave. Employees had to create the work flow from scratch.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback - we apologize for not providing an onboarding experience that is perfected at this time. We are growing rapidly and many things are being adjusted as we go, and onboarding is definitely one of them. We just recently hired a team to focus exclusively on providing that first VEG experience a new employee expects, so we are excited for this upcoming season of onboarding new VEGgies! During a shift, VEGgies are encouraged to eat, sleep and take a desired break as long as they communicate with the rest of the team working that shift. If there is an issue and a VEGgie doesn't feel like he/she/they are able to do so, it should be immediately brought to the hospital's leadership team's attention. When it comes to controlled drugs access, VEG has a dedicated regulatory manager who works closely with DEA consultants to ensure all aspects of controlled substance management are compliant.
