Our CEO will walk into a practice and know your name, remember something about you that you shared with him and hop right in on the ER floor. My last company, I don’t even know if my CEO knew/remembered my first name or could even state my role at the company...and I worked at headquarters.
Our hospital teams are some of the most talented people in ER medicine. We all work hard for our clients and our patients. On the floor, everyone communicates and is level-headed, it’s an awesome flow to be a part of.
