There immense opportunity for career development. They are a company that truly cares about their people and give them resources to further themselves. They send survey's to get to know what our people want and they are proactive about it. You have to be willing to put in the time and work and the rest is history.

Amazing benefits and PTO! Pet friendly office Stocked Kitchen Everyone is so friendly The CEO is so down to earth and has experience in the field Everything is very organized!

Cons

Everything is work from home right now, but that's because of COVID-19, otherwise I can't think of any.

Pros

Its a great place to work. Always opportunities for growth. I have great working relationships with my colleagues. Excellent benefits and a great work culture. True to brand and very fulfilling. When In office its enjoyable to be surrounded by pets its also very calming when its busy.

Cons

Because VEG is a startup their may not be a process for everything yet but I don't view this as a con really because this is where we can get creative and collaborate on solutions that continue to grow the company in a forward direction.
