I would say the pros to working for this company is the CES also having a staff that is recognized for their hard work. Enjoy also the open's concept is a plus because it has the ability to help clients understand what's going on
Cons
It's very much a cult like concept If you don't fit in with their morals and their compasses on how they want things done you won't fit in at all also no it's all a placebo effect They make it sound like rainbows and butterflies but in all actuality there are a lot of things that need to be fixed the management does not have the knowledge to run ER. It's all funny games there's too much playing around I get the job shouldn't always be stressful but there should be a limit to the games. I've seen on multiple occasions where patients were misdiagnosed Or given too much of one medication.
