Pros

A very personable multi strat fund. While still adhering to strict risk management policies, senior management is very approachable, supportive, and practical. Employees have a sense of pride in the firm has it's successfully grown and collaboration is encouraged.

Cons

Newer multi-strat fund so have had some growing pains the past few years in terms of internal analytical tools for newer strategies.
