      Pros

      People are very friendly and people know each other across the firm. Small (sort-of) fund allows for a lot of impact.

      Cons

      Has done a lot of growing recently and some teething pains as systems are upgraded etc.

      Great sensible people to work with, strong culture of collaboration, Good returns and takes good care of employees. Year on year see visible improvements across HR, Ops, Treasury, Risk and Technology with more talented hires being made.

      Grown rapidly hence can clean up the IT infrastructure side but heavy investment being made to improve.
