Pros

People are very friendly and people know each other across the firm. Small (sort-of) fund allows for a lot of impact.

Cons

Has done a lot of growing recently and some teething pains as systems are upgraded etc.

Pros

* Interesting work, growing so a lot to do * Lots of people I enjoy seeing in the office, generally friendly constructive get stuff done * Low headcount / bureaucracy * Low b.s. factor / no irritating "we're brilliant" emails coming round all the time

Cons

* As there is so little bureaucracy can be a little siloed as hard to know who does what * Can end up DIY on some features that should really be handled centrally
