None. My experience at One Vasco, the parent company of VFS Global, was disappointing from start to finish.

Cons

One Vasco, the parent company of VFS Global, has poor management, lack of transparency, unfair treatment of employees, no job security, limited career growth, and inadequate employee support. In my experience, my manager made unfair decisions, provided little constructive feedback, and I felt my career was negatively affected.
