Pros

None I can honestly state.

Cons

They hire you, you sign an employee agreement for a specific job and then they put you where ever they choose to put you and no matter how UNHAPPY you are they don't move you and don't want you to apply for another position in the company until you're there a year. And there is a quota you must meet in the number of calls you take or they can fire you. Which is absolutely ridiculous and they constantly hold it over your head and is the threat of ever getting to actually work from home. The training or what they call training does not support you in your roll and when asking for what you need to embrace your roll and do it to the best of your ability falls on def ears you. You have to take the constant verbal ABUSE from 85% of callers because of the lack of follow through from their previous calls yes that is plural CALLS where the issues have not been resolved by no fault of you who take the call. I could go on but will end here.

Pay? O.K. Culture? AMAZING.

Pros

The pay isn't absurdly amazing. With where I'm at in my career, I could easily find another job that pays more money. Yet, the culture, the people, the environment roped me in extremely fast. If I was presented with the opportunity to take a +25% salary increase, but knew the company I was going to would not have anywhere near the same positive, toxicity-free environment I am part of now? I absolutely would not take it. I've been here for almost one year and love every second of it. To summarize: - Culture - People - Positive environment - Benefits are great - Work is fun, management is very flexible and nice - ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING Work / Life Balance

Cons

As mentioned previously, probably the biggest downside is the pay. It's not amazing by any means, especially for the current standard of software developers nowadays. However, this does not deter from what a great company this is in any way. That's honestly the only con I have.

Pros

Stay with the company for 6 years and be 100% vested in their ESOP.

Cons

No care for their employees. Mandatory overtime is common. Constantly expect more from their employees, but don't want to pay you more. Management treat you like a number, because they are pressured to meet monetary goals. You are not entitled to your earned PTO.
