The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Everyone seems eager to give the best care to the patients.

Cons

When staffing is short there didn't seem to be a good plan to fill gaps, like a float pool to call in when someone can't make it to work.

Cons

It is busy on all floor all the time, seem like they are understaffed at times. High rate of employee turnout, Hiring many new grads.
