Pros

My pay is very good, although not good enough to want to stay. My coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Senior management does not seem to know what is going on. Morale is extremely low. There is about as much excitement as you might find in a mortuary. There is no excitement for the current development work being done and I don't see much hope for the future.

Upper Management does not get involved with Customer facing departments and not a clue how important these departments really are to the actual customer on a daily basis.
