Pros

Working remotely, excellent platform, fun curriculum, awesome students and families. I have enough work that I am now full time with VIPKid. I love the fact that I am teaching 1:1 and can develop long term educational goals with "regular", repeat students. Although my days start early (4 am or 5 am), my day is also over by 10 am EST, and I have minimal follow up. Unlike many jobs, once I am logged out of the platform, I don't have to work 24/7 responding to requests, emergencies, or covering for sick co-workers. I have received two raises, and bonuses as well. I also don't experience the rampant age discrimination I have faced with other jobs. Thanks VIPKid for the perfect job for me at this time of my life!

Cons

None at this time, just keep expanding and maybe even expand to teaching older students!
