-no help if you are sick and need to cancel so I have to teach sick (if you cancel too many classes you get terminated, only 6 allowed every 6 months) - very slow to get help and change classes if the level is incorrect for the student

Fewer classes are available due to current regulations.

Completely inflexible regarding emergencies. I had to cancel classes a few days in a row due to caring for my dying father. VIPKID just kicked me out of the platform, cancelled all my scheduled classes. I never even got to say goodbye to my students that I had been teaching 2-3 times a week for years.
