I took time off when the company experienced student downturn. They have more students now.

Cons

I was receiving $9/class + $2 incentives before. Now it is $7/class with tiered incentives. I do not make as much

Working from home is always a great option in my opinion

Cons

It seems that every time there is some type of bonus offered there is always a hitch. They always come up with some reason not to pay it
