Pros

VIP kid is an amazing curriculum to teach through. Their curriculum up dates often and listens to comments and concerns Submitted by their teachers. I cannot imagine working for another ESL company. They make everything very clear and if you are unclear there’s always somebody to contact that can provide an answer.

Cons

VIP kid has a very strict policy on absences and reasons for those absences to be excused. It is positive in a way you know for sure the guidelines, but In my experience there will never be an exception made.
