24/7 on duty, you won't be seeing difference between week days and weekends. Forced employees to come office even in corona time, if not making to office then salary is deducted which was the new policy introduced in corona time. People who are serving notice period are mandatory to come office even in corona time and even if you stay in different state. Leaves won't be approved while in notice period, and notice period can be extended without any prior intimation.
