They are giving some Money like we throw peanuts to Monkeys in Zoo.But, remember they still think u r a MONKEY! No pros, its all about BS.
Cons
I've been working full time since 3 year. Worked in both locations, Bangalore work & culture is quite well. But in Pune I've seen absolute BS(I won't mind using more derogatory word but let it be) so Its all about basically Pune Development Center(PDC) - 1) Vision-less Unethical Management. 2) Its all about one man Army(and one deadly supporter(maybe personal gain)) who blindly trust on any BS said by supporter even if it doesn't make any sense. 3) You won't be able to grow(valued) as long as one man army(and off course his supporter) there even if you go beyond Manager level by position. 4) Policies & work requirement(If you working with one army(& supporter)) changes within hour or minutes like brat child that's very frustrating. 5) Your work won't be appreciated/ valued even if you does miracle if you go opposing them. and they will make you feel "Why the hell I'm still working for them?" and lots of frustration. 6) One man army always interfere with personal matter & always threaten about "Appraisal". 8) There thinking is like we're giving money so you're slave to us. 9) Requirement always come by Friday so that you need to come weekends. 10) Because sudden change in rules and regulations you feel like you're in like old school. 11) If you're girl please don't join in at least in PDC, desperate is here(One man army). 12) Heard about new policies(need to pay 3 year bond amount 1.5L for fresher) please don't do it yourself even if you well needy.(And even if you does "Welcome to Hell and Hell Is Started"). "Won't recommend to anyone(Not even to enemy)"

Pros
1. Wonderful location 2. There are a few (handful of them) good engineers 3. Everything is so bad here that, once you quit here and join any other company, you will have nothing to complain about the new companies.
Cons
1. Pathetic infrastructure 2. No work-life balance 3. Pay is less 4. Highly incapable management 5. Highly politicized environment 6. Policies are as non-employee friendly as possible 7. 10% of the pay is defered. Why would anybody do that? Want to gain some interest even with that huh? 8. 3 years bond during which they take your original marks card 9. No vision, no mission.
