      Pros

      I have been with VITAS Healthcare for 5 years and have grown so much personally and professionally thanks to the support of the people around me. I plan to stay for another 10 years!

      Cons

      As in many healthcare positions, there are times when there is much carer to be provided and work-life balance is not ideal. These situations are not common, and colleagues definitely help to ease the burden.
