******TOXIC Leadership Team - In my opinion, the senior leadership team's only concern is ensuring they recieve their bonuses. They have little to no understanding of what actually occurs working in the field based on my experience. They pile work of 2-3 people on one person, then expect you to go way above and beyond your 40 hour work week to get everything done, but ask that you not log those extra hours in payroll. This is a salaried position, which always comes with those long weeks where you will work more than 40 hours now and then, however it is a regular expectation that you work 50-60-70 hour weeks with no additional compensation. In the event you set a boundary and refuse to work those extra hours all of the time, you are then harassed and threatened by the senior leadership team. In my experience, the practices this company enstills are immoral and unethical to put it mildly. If you value your professional license, whether it be social work, nursing, CNA, etc... it would be in anyone's best interest to avoid this company at all costs. There are much better options (better pay, better benefits, better leadership) out there. Also to add, I left this company of my own accord without any formal written disciplinary action. I am not writing this for any type of revenge. My only goal is to share my experience and hope it prevents someone else from enduring the extreme stress and toll this company takes on their employees mental health. Their turnover rate is higher than I, or anyone else most likely, has ever seen or experienced. Do your research on this company and try to speak with former employees before accepting any type of offer, you will hear horror stories.
