Lack of communication and support by corporate management seems to make things difficult for office management and it trickles down.

Not really concerned about expenses so you get to take Doctors/nurses to lunch.

Cons

90s culture for the sales team, who still role play every quarter. Commissions are not fair. CRM is outdated. Micromanaged. Training on everything, including washing your hands. Too many chiefs in Ohio market.

Some of the co-workers were nice

Cons

There was NO work/life balance, Administration did not care about you as a person. They expected you to work, even if you were off. They condoned "mean girl attitudes". It was an overall miserable experience. I would never go back there.
