      Pros

      Decent time off except you have to use your PTO time for the 3 holidays they actually close for.

      Cons

      No one is secure. Management is crazy, unstable. The game changes hourly. No such thing as retention. People are hired and leave so quickly you don't even get to know their name.

      Pros

      Love working for Vitas and taking care of patients on hospice. The work is busy and patients are wonderful .

      Cons

      The management can be rude to you. Treat you like an animal . Speak down to you that you don't do good work.

      Pros

      The coworkers were what kept me there for almost 3 yrs. Beautiful people very compassionate.

      Cons

      Upper management is unorganized, pay scales for hourly CNAs on poverty level, dedicated long term employees are also under paid with the realization that new employees are coming in at their salary or higher! Total disrespect for skilled employees and the paperwork is outrageous with waste of money as well as compliance tasks that are duplicated in the system as well as on paper.
