      Executive Management needed serious work...

      Pros

      At the time of my departure from the company, serious steps were being taken to re-evaluate current executives and managers which was very much needed and overdue.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the steps that would need to be taken had to be drastic as many of the current executives and managers should not have been in the positions they were in for various reasons. This would be a lengthy process to rebuild. Also, the company morale --- especially with lower-level employees...in general...was at an all-time critical low.

      Poor upper management, not professional, spread rumors and don't value their employees. They care about the numbers that's it.

      It's a paying job.blah, blah, blah, blah😐😐😐

      It's not the same company it was 12 years ago, it was a great place to work, they cared about the employees, but not now, the new owners only care about the stock holders.Plus, there's a new hospice company that getting most of Chicago's pts.
