      Pretty relaxed working environment. Coworkers were excellent.

      Cons

      Did not encourage growth. No promotions. No forward moving. You were stuck in your role until you quit, got fired, or accepted better opportunities. Did not have flexibility in work schedule though it was a 24 hours a day operation.
