Pros

The headquarters and most of company do great work and are very caring professionals

Cons

Crm requirement is crazy, takes hours a day, territories too small unless you have a large hospital in it, tough to make much commission

Great interdisciplinary team. Committed and dedicated field staff. Capable and caring nurses.

Cons

Low salary and compensation but high and often unrealistic expectations for staff. Limited opportunities for education and advancement. Minimal recognition of work that is above and beyond expectations. Long hours and frequent on call. Difficult documentation procedures
