      Pros

      Provides caring and compassionate hospice and palliative care service to patents and families nationwide.

      Cons

      VPs, Directors and Managers in the corporate headquarters have no leadership training skills and lead by instilling fear in employees. Strong culture of nepotism. Salaries are extremely low.

      Pros

      Very nice boss at a small company. Potential to get OT hours when I 1st started but everything was switched around recently and it wasn't ideal for my family and being able to spend time with my kids

      Cons

      A lot of different treatment for different employees. Not much room for time to spend with my family with the change in work schedule. Gave ideas on how to improve things and it was never even discussed by upper management

      Pros

      Employees who care about the work. Very humbling experience.

      Cons

      Very poor benefits, very poor management at the local office and the corporate. There is a fear of talking to management because the management reacts so poorly and they are so poorly guided by "HR" aka business manager.
