      Disappointing. Benefits taken away or decreasing. Raise freezes. Hard to obtain benefits that should be available.

      Pros

      Some managers care. Nationwide company. Able to transfer to other locations due to this. They do pay field staff for mileage.

      Cons

      Frustration felt by employees. Management told about frustration still waiting for positive results years later. Workload increasing. No computerized system for most of field staff. Too much time needed to fill out paperwork, which exceeds number of hours that should be worked. Rarely and only in extreme circumstances is overtime approved. This was a much better company when it was nonprofit.
