      Nice Patients and coworkers, other nurses, aides and chaplains who are also looking for a better paying job.

      Cons

      There are no raises, Vitas is always declaring a freeze on wages. The base pay is actually 23.00/hour and you can get a increase of 15 cents per hour which still equals 23.15/hour. There is no such thing as an RN Case Mgr making 40/hour at Vitas for Florida. Deduct your insurance, etc from your pay and a nurse cannot make it alone working for this company.
