Workplace atmosphere is sometimes hostile. Culture and Values are not being used. Hiring practices are who you know..not what you know. Total disregard for employees out in the field with Safety or Health. VP's being disrespectful to employees by using derogatory statements and gestures- God complex.

Poor pay, management is all about money, no respect for "field workers", admission promises the patient the world to sign up and leaves RN CM to deal with the promises that cannot be kept, no support, a lot of paperwork is done on your own time. Hired at hourly rate and never told I was salary (this happens alot), health insurance is a joke with $2700 a year out of pocket before it kicks in and you basically pay for it on your own; good luck finding a Dr who takes it!!!. They expect you to work within their standards, but they themselves do not do it. Managers talk about each other to pump themselves up. They do your mileage so you best find the shortest route! Their new pharmacy company cant keep up with demand, it leaves RN to call in all perscriptions locally...this takes alot of time! Run, don't walk, away!!! Plus, they don't pay...oops I said that already!!! This is one review, but it is the thought of many...everyone is looking for other employment...even the managers.
