      Some good people who care at the ground level

      Cons

      This company lives in the dark ages when it comes to tech, obsesses about the most useless elements, brags about being the leader in the hospice industry but is no where near competent in pay, benefits, or staffing it’s laughable. Very top heavy with over paid and effectively useless leadership especially on the national level. They will step over dollars to pick up pennies and genuinely do not seem to understand their own industry

      Honestly, very few. Like any fast-paced environment, it can get busy at times, but the support system in place makes it manageable.
