      travel time of 200 plus miles a day, late appointments, inadequate after hours and weekend support

      Staff members are dedicated to the service it provides to community.

      Cons

      Poor leadership (totally forgot where they came from - selfish), micromanagers to the highest level, poor benefits (highest deductible compared to other healthcare companies). Bonus plan is discretionary - based on if they like you and who are you related to. No measurements. No accountability.
