Pros
The company was really great when I started in the late 90s; there was a family spirit, administration was mostly medical people and well trained. Employees were valued and were not tossed aside when they became ill or had personal life issues come up. Patients were given the best medications and care even if there wasn't a huge profit or Medicare wasn't going to eat the costs.
Cons
Constant turnover of field staff who are overworked and drive miles to do their territory (with very little gas mileage credit) While the upper administration seem to continue to get benefits, the staff often doesn't see a raise for years, and when they do, it is often in pennies. Care for a patient is discontinued when the patient stops being profitable..
