      Generous PTO hours. Open door policy. Attentive Team Managers. Good teamwork. Approachable Doctors. Great nurses caring for patients with life-limiting diseases.

      Cons

      Healthcare Insurance could be better. Matching for 401K could be a higher percentage. High employee turnover due to no raises and non-competitive pay rates. Few and far between In-Service Training.
